In order to make your experience on Adelaide Baby Bargains as simple and trouble-free as possible, please find below a range of tips and suggestions to help make it as easy as possible for you to buy and sell on ABB!

CHANGE YOUR PASSWORD (Highly Recommended)

The password you’re first issued with is highly secure featuring numerous symbols but can be quite difficult to remember. Once you’ve completed your registration and entered the site, we highly recommend you change your password to something you’ll remember and make login quick and painless! To do this, simply go to your dashboard (top right corner) and click on “EDIT PROFILE” under User Options. Go into the password field and enter a memorable password (minimum 7 characters), re-enter it to confirm it’s right and then click on “UPDATE PROFILE”

EDIT YOUR LISTING

We understand that you may need to edit your listing once it’s been submitted and have made this really easy to manage yourself. Go to your dashboard (top right corner) and a summary of all of your listings will be shown. Locate the listing you’d like to edit and click on the ‘pencil’ icon. This will bring up your listing and you are then able to edit the price, description, image etc. Once you’re finished click to submit the changes and you’re done!

CHANGE YOUR LISTING’S PHOTO

Go into the listing (as detailed above) and check the box next to the image and choose “UPDATE AD”. This will delete the image. Now go in and attach the new image and once again click “UPDATE AD”. You’re done!

DELETE YOUR AD

Congratulations, your item has sold! In order to keep the page fresh and current, we ask that all listings be deleted immediately once sold. Removing your ad is simple. Go to your dashboard (top right corner) and locate the ad you want to delete. Click on the “PAUSE” icon and the ad will go offline. The system will then delete it soon after.

CAN’T SEE A PAUSE BUTTON?

A few users have reporting no pause button – disable your popup blocker and it should appear like MAGIC!

TO VIEW A SELLER’S FULL LIST OF ITEMS

If you’d like to see what else a seller has listed for sale, simply click on the ‘POSTER’ tab on the right hand side of their listing and click on their name (would be blue and underlined). This will then bring up a full list of their items for sale with a link to each listing. A great way to buy in bulk and maybe get a package price if you’re lucky enough!

TROUBLE LOGGING IN?

If you’re having troubles logging in and receiving a message about enabling your cookies, please contact us directly (admin@adelaidebabybargains.com.au) with your username and email address and we’ll reset your password for you. This fixes the problem promptly!
